Since they were established in 1937, White Cross Vets have been caring for the pets of Guiseley, West Yorkshire.
The challenge
Prior to launching the White Cross brand nationally, the practice was looking to create a strong identity which offered the flexibility for use in everything from practice communications to advertising and online applications.
The solution
We created a clean and vibrant brand which linked people with pets and a simple identity and colour scheme which created real stand-out. We orchestrated a closely targeted door-drop campaign to selected postcode sectors and a direct mail campaign to pet owners within a 3 mile radius of all new practices.
The results
The new branding achieved significant impact and recognition and positioned White Cross as a national brand. The client’s acquisition target was exceeded by 23%.
